Blue everything

Este verano, entre tanto cropped top encontré esta camiseta que hace que puedas hacer un conjunto un poco mas sofisticado porque es muy estructurado en la parte de los hombros y e pecho pero, la parte de abajo le da un toque más dulce con las transparencias que permiten ver solo un poquito de piel. La parte de atrás de la camiseta es asimétrica y, he de decir que este verano lo asimétrico ha estado un tanto ausente pero, es genial para las chicas con curvas que quieren conseguir un look más arreglado.

Las fotos las hicimos en Les Jardins du Luxembourg y, si tenéis la oportunidad de ir a Paris, os recomiendo que vayáis a verlos porque son preciosos.

What´s better than a cropped top? I discovered it with this T-shirt that, even though it´s very structured on the top, has a soft touch on the bottom which allows you to show some skin without actually showing anything.  I must say the asymmetric backs have disappeared this summer but, they are a very good option for those of you who have curves and want a more polished look.

In case you´re wondering, these photos were taken in the beautiful Jardins du Luxembourg, and I highly recommend you to visit them if you go to Paris.

White chic

Hoy otro look de Paris, esta vez un conjunto más sencillo y elegante. Personalmente me encantan los conjuntos enteros basados en el color blanco y este tiene un toque diferente con la espalda a rayas y la chaqueta vaquera que le da un aire más cool y de mañana sin quitarle fuerza. Más que nada estoy deseando poder reproducir alguno de los conjuntos de la campaña otoño/invierno de Ralph Lauren J, atrás quedó la elegancia de un conjunto basado en el negro: este año el que manda es el blanco.

Today’s another outfit from my trip to Paris more simple and elegant. I personally love all-white ensembles and this one has a different vibe thanks to the stripped back of the T-shirt and the denim jacket and it looks more like a cool and morning outfit keeping its strength. I can wait to create an outfit like the ones on the autumn/winter Ralph Lauren’s campaign J, goodbye to all-black outfits, white is the new chic.

Landing in Paris

¡¡Buenas de nuevo!! Después de unas merecidas vacaciones vuelvo de nuevo con el blog. Hace dos semanas estuve de viaje en Paris y desde entonces volví a retomarlo. Todo lo que me dijeron de Paris se quedó corto cuando llegue: las calles, los monumentos tan preciosos, la vida y el estilo de la gente de allí. Ese estilo parisino effortless definitivamente se notaba a 100m de distancia. Así que rodeada de tanta belleza (y dejando los tacones en casa porque, a no ser que lleves chofer, Paris significa pasar HORAS andando y subiendo y bajando escalones) me enfundé unos vaqueros boyfriend cómodos para tantas horas de aeropuerto y una camisa que combina lo último del cropped top con un toque lencero y un top debajo para dar algo de color. Respecto a la elección del calzado, he decir que al principio no estaba de acuerdo con llevar deportivos fuera del gimnasio pero todo ha sido cuestión de encontrar el adecuado :)

Hi there again! After a huge vacation I´ve finally come back. Two weeks ago I went to Paris and since then I decided to write again. Since the first moment I touched the ground all what I was told about Paris became nothing comparing to what I was about to live in my own skin. All of it was beautiful: from the streets, to the monuments, the lifestyle and the parisian effortless style. It was chic all over the place. So I put on my boyfriend jeans, perfect for those many hours spent in the airport, a T-shirt that combined both the newest trend the “cropped top” and a hosiery touch and I added a hint of color with the top. Regarding the shoes (and of course leaving my heels at home because, let’s be honest: unless you have a driver to take you everywhere, Paris is all about walking a lot and going up and down of soooooo many stairs) I chose a pair of gorgeous sneakers. I must say, at first I wasn’t all about this trend but I´ve came around the idea and also I´ve found the perfect ones that go along with pretty much all my wardrobe.
